The ARK Essence Series is a technique-specific bass rod lineup built on Japanese Toray 40-ton high-modulus carbon blanks. ARK's proprietary rolling process places carbon nanotube material between the carbon-fiber layers to add strength and sensitivity at low weight. The series includes 14 casting models and 3 spinning models.
Components include Fuji K-Concept tangle-free guides with Fazlite inserts, an ARK-designed reel seat, and AAA-grade full cork handles. The reel seat and grip are configured to transfer vibration directly to the angler's hand. Blank colors and trim are kept understated for a clean technique-rod look. The casting models range from a 6'8" medium-light regular for small cranks and jerkbaits up to a 7'11" extra-heavy fast for swimbaits and heavy cover.
The three spinning rods cover finesse applications from light drop shot through medium-heavy multi-purpose work. The series carries a 5-year limited warranty.
