The MiFine Legend is a Chinese-made ultralight spinning rod series made for finesse freshwater anglers, primarily made for small trout, perch, and similar panfish-class species with micro-lures. The series sits at the budget-to-mid tier and is distributed globally through online retailers. It is positioned within MiFine's broader ultralight spinning lineup alongside similar series. Blanks are described as 24T high-density carbon fiber in two-piece construction.

Guides are stainless steel framed with ceramic inserts (not Fuji). Handle material is EVA; reel seat is high-strength nylon. The series splits into four sub-groups (816, 817, 818, 819) that appear to correspond to different lure weight ceilings at the same lengths: 816 and 817 top at 1/32oz (essentially 1g micro lures), 818 extends to 1/16oz (~1.8g), and 819 reaches 1/8oz (~3.5g). All models are UL power with moderate-fast action. Length options within each sub-group are 5'11" (180), 6'1" (185), and 6'4" (193), plus a 5'9" (174) option in the 816 sub-group.

The 816 sub-group at 5'9" appears to be a unique length not available in the heavier-ceiling sub-groups. All rods target micro-lure presentations; meaningful differentiation comes from the lure weight ceiling instead of power or action, suggesting the sub-groups are optimized for specific finesse jig or spoon weight ranges.
