Road Runner is Nories' flagship bass rod family, designed in Japan and organized into technique-focused sub-lines rather than a single graduated lineup. Nories was founded by Norio Tanabe, and the Road Runner rods carry the brand's structure-fishing and hard-bait heritage across spinning and casting builds.
The STRUCTURE NXS sub-line covers the finesse-to-structure end, from ultralight 5'11" spinning blanks to 7'2" heavy casting sticks. The VOICE sub-lines then specialize by presentation: VOICE HARD BAIT SPECIAL is tuned for moving and hard baits with the softer tips and moderate actions that keep treble-hooked fish pinned; VOICE JUNGLE adds heavy-cover power in medium-heavy through extra-heavy models; and VOICE LTT is a casting-focused power series spanning medium through heavy.
