The ARK Rods Gravity BFS Series is a bait finesse system (BFS) rod lineup for bass and light-tackle anglers who want to throw sub-1/8oz lures on casting gear. The premise is BFS: pairing ultralight lures (Ned rigs, micro swimbaits, small dropshot presentations, 1/32–1/8oz) with low-profile baitcasting reels tuned for light spool weights. The series covers both casting and spinning, the spinning models included for anglers not ready to commit to a BFS reel setup.

Blanks are ultralight, no rod in the series exceeds 2.6oz. Guides are ARK Titanium Tangle-Free with NanoForce rings, claimed to be 56% lighter and 38% thinner than standard ceramic, reducing snapping risk and weight on the tip. The XF actions throughout reflect BFS requirements: tip must respond to tiny lure weights yet the blank must deliver enough recovery to cast accurately and feel bottom contact. Black-out colorway and minimalist build. 5-year limited warranty.

The lineup splits into four casting (BF63ULXC, BF64LXC, BF64LFC, BF68LXC) and two spinning (BF64ULXS, BF66LXS) rods. Casting lengths range from 6'–6'4" and powers are UL and L. Spinning models run UL and L at 6'4" and 6'6". The BF64LFC stands out as Fast (instead of XF) action, a slightly more forgiving tip for treble-hooked micro crankbaits and small spinnerbaits where an extremely fast tip would risk pulling hooks.

BF64LFC Casting · 6'4" · L · F action

Only F-action model in the lineup, slightly softer tip than the XF models. Better suited for micro crankbaits and small multi-hook lures where a fast recovery tip would pull treble hooks free; the F tip absorbs head-shakes better than XF.

BF64ULXS Spinning · 6'4" · UL · XF action

The lightest model in the series, 1-4lb line and 1/48oz floor. Oriented toward ultra-micro presentations on spinning gear, likely for clear-water spotted bass or finicky smallmouth. Useful as a complementary spinning rod alongside a BFS casting setup.
