Gunner

The Gunner is Denali's entry-level bass series priced at $119.99 uniformly across all eight models. Three spinning rods at 6-foot-10 and 7-foot-2 cover light, medium, and medium-heavy presentations with Moderate action. Five baitcasting models from 7 feet to 7-foot-3 address Medium through Heavy power in Fast and Moderate actions.

The spinning trio covers the most common walleye- and bass-weight spinning setups: the GS6103M at Medium Light with 6-12 lb and 1/8-3/8 oz for finesse work, and the GS724M and GS725M at 7-foot-2 covering medium and medium-heavy jigging and swim jig work up to 1 oz. On the casting side, the GC704F and GC705F at 7 feet provide Medium and Medium Heavy Fast action with 8-20 lb and lures to 1 oz.

The Gunner uses 7+1 guides on spinning models and 8+1 on casting models, with a simpler guide system than higher-tier Denali series. No technique names are assigned; models are differentiated purely by power and action. The series serves as a competent entry point into the Denali bass lineup without the added cost of technique-specific blank construction.
