Artillery
General-purpose light-to-medium lure spinning across freshwater and light saltwater
Mid-weight freshwater and light saltwater spinning series from MiFine made for general lure fishing, likely perch, pike, bass, sea bass, or similar species where lures in the 5–25 g range are standard. The name and power/length range suggest a utility lure rod instead of a specialist finesse or heavy surf design. ML and M power with lure ratings of 3/16–5/8 oz (ML) and 1/4–7/8 oz (M) place it firmly in the light-to-medium bass/pike/perch lure range.
Details on blank composition and guide specification are not available from searchable sources; the Artillery does not appear on MiFine's English product listings as of mid-2025, suggesting it may be sold primarily through Eastern European or Asian retail channels or is a newer catalog addition. Without confirmed blank material or guide train data, construction details cannot be stated. The model numbering (856-517 for ML, 856-725 for M) follows MiFine's numeric SKU format.
Six models: three ML (6'9", 7'9", 8'8") and three M (6'9", 7'9", 8'8"). All spinning. The length range, from a compact 6'9" to an 8'8", gives the series versatility across bank, kayak, and boat applications. Casting models is absent. The parallel structure (same lengths in two power steps) makes the lineup easy to select from based on target species size and lure weight preference.
Shaded band: the spread of the lineup's 6 models, as percentile rank among same-type rods. Solid line = series median · dashed ring = catalog median.

Model notes
2 of 6 modelsShortest, stiffest model in the series. Compact length makes it viable for confined boat or kayak use where a longer blank would be impractical. M power handles heavier jig heads and crankbaits within the weight range.
Longest ML model. At 8'6" it is better suited to bank fishing or beach/estuary work where casting distance matters more than mobility. ML power at this length gives a softer, more progressive feel for lighter lures.
