Ndvia Max

The Ndvia Max is PureLure's premium extension of the eging and light lure family, substantially broader in application and specification than the base Novia. Four sub-variants target distinct fishing scenarios within a unified model code system (NVA MAX prefix), each with different guide specifications and piece counts.

The 6-Piece Titanium Frame format (6 models, 1.82-2.28m) is the travel-format variant, designed to pack down for airline carry-on or backpack transport while retaining the Titanium frame ring guides that distinguish it from entry-level travel rods. Six models run ML through MH power in Fast and Moderate Fast action, covering lure weights from 1.5g (NVA MAX-736LS, solid-tip spinning) through 20g (NVA MAX-606MHC, fast casting). The 6-piece format offers both casting (MHC, MC) and spinning (MS, LS, MLS) configurations within the same guide and blank tier.

The 2-piece sub-variants use Fuji O-Ring guides and target specific technique categories. All-Round (NVA-MAX842MC) is a single 8'4" M-power casting model at 7-28g and PE 0.8-1.5 for general shore lure and light freshwater casting. Ajing (3 models: NVA MAX-802LS, NVA MAX-862MLS, NVA-MAX-722LC) covers finesse aji and mebaru presentations in L and ML power with lure weights starting at 1.2g — the lightest in the Ndvia Max lineup. Eging (NVA MAX-832MS) is an 8'3" M-power spinning model specifically rated for egi sizes 3.0-3.5 (3.5-17g) in Moderate Fast action.

Action ratings are explicit throughout the Ndvia Max, where the base Novia publishes none: Fast and Moderate Fast across both 6-piece and 2-piece configurations, with the Moderate Fast designation on the eging and multi-application models. This distinction is technically meaningful — Moderate Fast provides slightly more parabolic loading for distance eging casts and the pause-and-drift retrieves that characterize the technique.
