7-foot DIAFLASH spinning rods in ML/M/MH power with hybrid cork-EVA grips
The Sellus Spinning B updates the Sellus spinning platform with DIAFLASH technology and a Hybrid Cork/EVA grip construction at a $64.99 price point, a $15 step above the A series. DIAFLASH reinforces the lower blank section with diagonal carbon tape wraps that resist blank twist and reduce energy loss during the cast and retrieve. The hybrid grip combines cork and EVA materials for improved durability and non-slip hold over the EVA-only configuration of the A series.
All four models share a 7-foot length with fast action, a 1.8-inch foregrip, and a 9.9-inch grip length. The lineup covers three power ratings: medium-light (4-10 lb, 1/16-5/16 oz), medium (6-12 lb, 3/16-5/8 oz), and medium-heavy (8-15 lb, 1/4-3/4 oz). The medium model is available in both one-piece and two-piece configurations at the same price, while the medium-light and medium-heavy are one-piece only.
The Sellus B trades the A series' multi-length spread for a focused 7-foot format at three power points, consolidating the lineup without sacrificing technique range. SeaGuide Aluminum Oxide guides are standard. The structural blank reinforcement and grip material upgrade are the primary differentiators from the Sellus A series at this price tier.
