TECHNIUM STURGEON B

The Technium Sturgeon B is a single-piece, 8-foot heavy-action rod built on a blank combining TC4 glass and graphite carbon. The extra-fast action and 20-40 lb line rating position it for sturgeon fishing from bank or boat, where rod tip sensitivity and backbone work together under sustained pressure from large fish. Guides are Fuji Alconite with a SiC tip on the standard model; the TK variant substitutes Fuji O-ring guides on a diamond-wrap and EVA grip for anglers who prefer a no-foul braid setup.

The 8-inch foregrip and 13-inch rear grip on both models suit the extended fore-and-aft grip position common in sturgeon angling. The TNCX80HB features compressed cork grips; the TNCX80HTKB uses diamond wrap over EVA. Both accept lures in the 6-10 oz range, consistent with the sliding sinker rigs and cutbait presentations used on sturgeon rivers.
