The Teramar XX SW Spinning series comprises four one-piece spinning rods sized for Southwest inshore fishing, ranging from 6'6" to 7'6" in lengths with Medium Light and Medium power ratings. Blanks use Shimano's Spiral X construction, which wraps carbon tape in opposing diagonal layers around a vertical fiber core to increase rigidity and reduce twist under load, and Hi-Power X adds an outer layer of diagonally wound tape for sharpened action control and strength. Fuji FazLite guides are fitted throughout the lineup to minimize weight while resisting corrosion.
Grip material is a combination of AA Cork and EVA, with a 1-inch foregrip and 11.9-inch rear grip across all four models. This shorter foregrip geometry suits the typical spinning grip position and allows unobstructed line release on longer casts. All four rods carry Fast action, making them responsive to subtle strikes and suited for both lure manipulation and live bait presentations used in West Coast and Gulf inshore zones.
