Cuervo
Collaboration bass casting 2 rods 6'6"-7', 1/2-2oz, Fast-Medium Fast.
The Cuervo Acorde series is a two-model casting bass rod collaboration distributed through Tulala. The Acorde70 (7'0") and Acorde66 (6'6") both handle 1/2oz to 2oz lures with a Fast to Medium Fast taper action. Rod weights are 167.5g and 151.5g respectively. No PE or mono line weight is specified; no product code is listed.
The Acorde series uses US-style ounce lure weights and describes its action as a gradient taper rather than a single-rating system, suggesting an influence from American bass fishing rod design. Both models are priced at ¥49,800.
The Cuervo collaboration positions these rods for Japanese anglers who fish North American-style presentations: crankbaits, swimbaits, and large soft plastics in the 14-56g class. The two lengths give options for different casting distances and rod leverage in bass fishing situations.
Shaded band: the spread of the lineup's 2 models, as percentile rank among same-type rods. Solid line = series median · dashed ring = catalog median.
