Veritas
Fixed-line tanago/small-fish poles (2-8尺), traditional Japanese style.
The Veritas is Tulala's traditional fixed-line pole series, three models in 2/3尺, 4尺, and 6/8尺 configurations (approximately 60-240cm extended). All three use a hard (硬調) action rating appropriate for tanago, crucian carp, and small native freshwater fish fishing from stream margins and ponds. No line weight, lure weight, or rod weight specs are published.
The 2/3尺 (Veritas 20/30) and 6/8尺 (Veritas 60/80) each cover two lengths in one rod, indicating multi-section or telescopic construction. The single 4尺 model is a fixed length. Pack dimensions are 23.5cm (20/30), 27.5cm (40), and 32.5cm (60/80), making all three genuinely pocket-sized rods.
Priced at ¥24,000 to ¥28,000, the Veritas is positioned as a premium pole at the lower end of the Tulala price range. The series targets the overlap between traditional Japanese small-fish fishing and the modern outdoor lifestyle aesthetic that defines the Tulala brand identity.
