Elegant Monster
PURE-line slow jigging rod on a Toray T900 solid-tip blank, 150 g to 600 g jigs
Elegant Monster is WEFOX's slow jigging rod and part of the PURE line. The blank uses Toray T900 high-strength carbon in a solid-tip construction with a hollow handle section; the brand states the material and construction raised cost but were chosen for the balance of feel, lifting power and a slim profile, and that T900's toughness gives a quicker, stronger recovery under heavy bends. Fittings are Fuji A-ring (Alconite) guides and a Fuji reel seat. Three two-piece 6'2" models are listed, each about 130 cm packed: 622L for 150–350 g jigs, PE max 4, 180 g, aimed at shallow grounds and inshore flatfish; 622M for 200–500 g, PE max 5, 184 g, for bonito, amberjack and pelagics; and 622H for 300–600 g, PE max 6, 200 g, for large pelagics and deep bottom species. Prices are NT$4,800, NT$4,900 and NT$5,000.
