The Elite Inshore Casting Rod is Fenwick's premium saltwater inshore offering, positioned for anglers made for snook, speckled trout, redfish, and similar flats and nearshore species with casting tackle. It sits at the top tier of Fenwick's inshore range and is based on Carbon Core blank construction, an inner spiral carbon wrap layer bonded with outer rolled carbon layers, for an increased strength-to-weight ratio compared to conventionally rolled blanks.

The blank blends 36-ton and 30-ton graphite with a proprietary lightweight resin, producing sensitivity alongside power for heavier inshore fish. Titanium guide frames with super-thin zirconia inserts handle braid and fluorocarbon without grooving. The tailored foregrip is shortened and tapered to allow forward finger placement on the blank for direct vibration transmission, and a Soft Touch reel seat conforms to the hand while maintaining blank contact.

AAA cork handles are standard throughout. The lineup for the casting version includes at least a 7' Medium power model (ELIN70M-FC) rated 8–17 lb line, 1/8–1 oz, Fast action. Medium Heavy and other power configurations exist in the Elite Inshore casting range. The series is organized around standard inshore lengths (7' predominating) with power variants from Medium through Medium Heavy.
