World Class Inshore Spinning Rod

The World Class Inshore Spinning Rod is Fenwick's upper-tier saltwater inshore platform, made for experienced anglers fishing nearshore and coastal environments for large species that require heavy line and substantial lure weight, tarpon, large snook, bull redfish, and similar gamefish. The series is sold as a serious inshore rod instead of a general flats rod. Blanks use a 40/36-ton graphite blend with Fenwick's proprietary reinforcing resin, producing a one-piece rod that is lighter and more sensitive than the prior generation.

Titanium guide frames carry super-thin zirconia inserts. The reel seat uses Fenwick's soft-touch design contoured to fit the crux of the hand. Grips are multi-material split or full-length. The tailored foregrip with reduced length and added taper enables forward finger placement for better sensitivity. Limited Lifetime Warranty is included. The two-rod lineup is organized around duty level within a single 8'0" fast-action format.

The WLDIN80H is H power (12–25 lb, 3/4–3 oz) for standard heavy inshore work. The WLDIN80XH steps to XH power (20–40 lb, 2–5 oz) for the heaviest applications, tarpon runs, large live bait, or fishing in current where serious backbone is required. Price point is premium, with the XH listing around $620.
