The Stunner HD Saltwater is an eight-rod series at $229.99 covering offshore and heavy inshore applications at line ratings well above the freshwater Stunner HD series. Three conventional casting models at 5'8" (XH and XXH) and 6'6" (H) are rated for 40-200 lb braid; five spinning models from 6'0" to 8'0" cover 20-50 lb (H) through 30-50 lb (XXH) for live bait and heavy artificial presentations on larger saltwater species.
The two 5'8" conventional models (ST58XH and ST58XXH) represent the heaviest boat rods in the series, with the XXH rated for 80-200 lb braid and 8-20 oz lure or weight ratings for deep-drop and heavy jigging. The 8'0" spinning models (ST80XHS and ST80XXHS) extend reach for live-bait presentations on nearshore species from elevated platforms or when longer casts are required.
