Dedicated eging spinning rod family for squid jigs in the 2.0 through 4.0 size range. Lengths run 7'8" through 8'6" in two-piece spinning configuration. Most models carry a Regular Fast action tuned for the jerk-pause cadence used to work egi. The range groups under five sub-series. EZ1 Egizaust 1G covers tubular and solid-tip builds.
EZ3 Egizaust 3G and EZ7 Egizaust 7G sit in the mid and upper tiers with refined blanks for subtle bite detection on aori-ika. SPE Solpara is the entry tier with Fuji K guides and the broader spec range, including an extra-fast solid-tip S832L. FCS Firstcast is the budget tier covering 8' through 8'6" with regular fast action for 2.0-3.5 egi.
Power ratings span UL through M, with line ratings expressed in PE 0.4 through 1.5. Egi weight ratings run 3/16 through 1/2 oz. Built for shore-based and light boat eging on Japanese and Mediterranean coasts.
