Egeria NATIVE PERFORMANCE

Egeria Native Performance is Palms' JDM native trout platform from Angler's Republic, based on mountain stream and headwater applications. The series splits into two construction variants distinguished by SKU prefix. EFV (V variant) models are Comfort Glass blanks, based on glass composite construction that bends progressively for accurate short-range shooting under tree cover.

EFN (N variant) models are Comfort Shoot IV carbon blanks, with the short-length carbon models using medium-elasticity carbon for short-range accuracy and the longer carbon models tuned to lower elasticity for cleaner casting loads. Nineteen rods cover XXUL through MH+ in both casting and spinning configurations. Lengths run from 3'9" up to 8'4", with the EFNS-80 designated as the LAKE CLASS model for trout lake work.

Lure ratings sit at the micro end: most rods rate 1-4 g, with L+ models stepping up to 3-10 g and the MH+ headwater models reaching 6-12 g. Target species are native yamame, amago, iwana, and rainbow trout in Japanese mountain streams, with the longer ML/M/MH models extending into lake and forest reservoir work.
