Seabed

The PureLure Seabed is a Chinese-designed, budget-tier long-casting spinning rod series made for shore-based sea bass (suzuki / European bass / loup de mer) fishing. The series serves coastal anglers casting large areas of beach, rock shelf, and estuary from the shore. A YouTube field test described it as a legitimate tool for European predator species including perch and zander, suggesting the series finds crossover use in freshwater predator applications despite its saltwater branding.

The blanks use high-carbon construction with PureLure's HX 45+90 reinforcement. Fibers oriented at 45° and 90° for directional strength at stress points. Fuji K-frame guides with Alconite rings are spec'd throughout, a premium component choice for the price tier. One-piece carbon handles with EVA foregrip. Construction is 2-piece (2-3 sections per some listings). The "Seabed" name and LUBINA team design reference suggest a Spanish/European bass market angle alongside an Asian coastal bass target.

Specs are available through retail listings instead of manufacturer documentation. Three spinning models spanning 9'–10' in ML, M, and MH power. All are spinning rods. Power steps mirror a standard sea bass rod trio: ML for lighter conditions (6–12lb / 1/4–7/8oz), M for mid-range general work (8–16lb / 3/8–1 1/8oz), MH for rougher conditions and heavier jigs (10–20lb / 1/2–2 1/8oz). The shorter 9' ML trades casting distance for control in tighter spots; both 10' rods maximize range.
