Sharpen Pro

The Sharpen Pro is the heaviest-power and most compact-format series in the current PureLure lineup, and the only one built around an adjustable-weight handle system. Seven 2-piece models across 5'6" to 6'3" cover H through XXH power in Fast and Extra Fast action with lure weights from 3.5g through 38g on 8-30lb line.

The adjustable handle weight is the defining mechanical characteristic: rod weights published on the spec sheet explicitly exclude the added handle mass, meaning total assembled weight varies with the user's configuration. The format suits anglers who fish heavy presentations from fixed positions where reel-and-rod balance under load matters more than overall weight. The short 5'6"–6'3" blank lengths give the series compact leverage geometry suited to fighting large fish at close range, and the Fast/Extra Fast actions deliver direct hookset response without parabolic energy dissipation.

Five casting models (RH-PRO-C prefix) cover the H through XXH power range, with guide counts rising from 1+7 on the lighter models to 1+8 on the XH and XXH variants. Two spinning models provide H and XXH options for anglers who prefer the spinning format at heavy power ratings. Line ratings in lb (8-30lb) indicate conventional setups rather than the PE-only specification of the eging series.

The Sharpen Pro occupies a distinct role in the catalog from all other PureLure series, which are oriented toward light-to-medium JDM-genre applications or shore casting at moderate power. Its H-XXH power range and adjustable-weight handle have no parallel in the rest of the lineup.
