Wild

The PureLure Wild is a Chinese-manufactured, Fuji-component lure rod series made for freshwater predator casting and spinning, black bass, pike, snakehead, and zander. It is positioned above budget-tier Chinese rods through verified Toray carbon use (M40JB and T1100G cloths), all-Fuji SIC guide and reel seat hardware, and AAA cork grips with Fuji ECS (casting) and VSS (spinning) seats. Target angler is a lure-fishing enthusiast looking for Japanese-component build quality at a lower price than full JDM options.

Blanks combine M40JB (high modulus, stiffness) with T1100G (ultra-high strength, impact resistance) cloths using HX45+90 multi-axis layup to resist twist. One-piece construction across all models. Action ratings are mostly XF and XXF, tuned for fast tip feedback and direct lure control, with only one standard F-action spinning model (WD-S661L/F). Nine rods: six casting (5'1"–7'0"), three spinning (6'6"–7'0").

The 5'1" MH/XF (WD-C511MH/XF) is notable, a very short casting rod likely designed for BFS (bait finesse system) or close-quarters pitching. The 6'6" XXF models in both casting and spinning are the finesse end; the 7'0" MH casting is the heavy-lure ceiling at 1 5/16 oz.
