The Legend Glass is St. Croix's flagship fiberglass crankbait series, built specifically for slow to moderate-retrieve lures that benefit from a soft, parabolic load and controlled hook absorption. The intended angler is a bass or pike fisherman running crankbaits, squarebills, or spinnerbaits where a graphite fast-action blank would pull hooks or overpower the strike. The blank is 100% linear S-glass, built on St. Croix's IPC (Integrated Poly Curve) mandrel tooling, which removes flat spots and produces a consistent through-blank taper.
S-glass instead of E-glass gives a higher strength-to-weight ratio at equivalent modulus, making these among the lighter glass rods in the market. Fuji K-Series tangle-free guides with Alconite rings sit on split-grip premium cork handles. Two coats of Flex-Coat finish; 15-year transferable warranty. The moderate action is uniform across the lineup, which defines what the series is and what it isn't. The lineup spans 6'10" to 7'11" in both casting and spinning formats.
Casting models (6) cover M, MH, and H power for lure weights from 1/4 oz up to 1-3/8 oz; spinning models (2) run M power only, in 6'10" and 7'2". The longer 7'11" and 7'4" castings step into heavier crankbait and deep-diving territory. No extra-heavy or extra-fast options exist in this series by design.

One of only two spinning blanks in the series. The lighter line and lure range serves finesse crankbaits, smaller swimbaits, and inline spinners on spinning gear.
Shorter H-power option relative to the 7'11", same lure range but more manageable in close-quarters boat fishing. Useful where rod length is a constraint but crankbait applications still require H-power load.
Longest and heaviest-power model in the lineup. The extra length and H power push into deep-diving crankbaits and larger swimbaits while retaining the moderate glass action for controlled hooksets. Fuji PSS-SD palming seat instead of the standard ECS used on other models.
