The Physyx Spinning series serves serious freshwater bass anglers running finesse presentations, drop shots, shakey heads, dock skipping, and live/forward-facing sonar (FFS). The extra-long 7'10" blanks suit the reach and line-management demands of watching fish react on screen; the MH model handles heavier finesse rigs and punching lighter cover. Blanks are built on SCIV+ carbon fiber incorporating both SCIV and SCVI materials, cured with the Fortified Resin System (FRS), and reinforced with ART (Advanced Reinforcing Technology) hoop-strength wraps.
The IPC mandrel technology smooths the taper transition. A molded carbon-fiber TRIGON handle with TPU grip lines provides a rear trigger feature specifically engineered for sonar-watch presentations, a design detail uncommon at this price tier. Titanium-frame SiC guides throughout. Made in USA, 15-year transferable warranty. Three spinning models, all at 7'8"–7'10" except the PHXS73MHF which runs 7'1". Powers step ML/M/MH with actions XF, MF, and F respectively.
Lure range is narrow (1/16–3/4 oz across the line), reflecting the finesse-only brief. No casting models in this batch; the spinning-only format signals dedicated light-line technique focus.

The lone MH in the spinning lineup and the shortest at 7'1". Fast, not extra-fast, action gives enough blank flex to manage bigger fish on light line while still handling heavier finesse jigs and swim baits up to 3/4 oz.
Extra-fast tip on an ML blank, most responsive to sub-1/8 oz drop shot rigs and to watching bites develop on FFS. The rear trigger is most useful here where subtle hand position shifts matter during sonar observation.
