A mid-range salmon and steelhead series from St. Croix, sold as a step-up option for Great Lakes and West Coast river anglers who want reliable performance without premium pricing. Built in Mexico. SCII graphite with Flex-Coat finish, Sea Guide Atlas SS304 guides, Fuji DPS reel seats, and premium cork handles. Two-piece construction throughout. Targeted at anglers float-fishing, back-trolling, side-drifting, or casting hardware for steelhead and Chinook or coho salmon.
The series covers both casting and spinning, with a notable range of actions and weights that serve distinct techniques. Fast action rods handle heavier lures and stronger currents; the moderate action model is tuned for float fishing. The UL slow action 10'6" model is specifically a float/noodle rod for ultralight presentations. Lure windows span 1/16oz (ultralight float) to 2oz (heavy hardware for big water).
