The 13 Fishing Fate V3 Spinning Rod is a dedicated bass spinning series based on PVG 36-ton Toray graphite blanks. The target is the intermediate-to-serious bass angler who needs a spinning outfit for finesse techniques, light dropshot, Ned rig, shaky head, and texposed soft plastics, as well as topwater walking baits. The power range (ML to MH) and lure weights (1/8–3/4oz) are calibrated squarely for largemouth and smallmouth presentations.
The blank is tapered for fast action and a well-balanced swing weight. Sensitivity is enhanced via the Soft Touch Airfoil Carbon grip, bare carbon contact instead of full EVA handle, and the Evolve Soft Touch Ported Reel Seat, both of which transmit vibration more directly to the hand. Zirconia-insert tangle-free stainless guides. The hook keeper is a snaggle-tooth design. Overall weight and balance are positioned to compete with more expensive options at a $90–110 retail price point.
All six models are spinning. Lengths run 6'7" to 7'6". Two ML models bracket the range (FV3S610ML and FV3S76ML) for finesse presentations; three M models at 6'7", 7'1", and 7'3" cover versatile medium-weight bass work; and a single 7'1" MH (FV3S71MH) handles the top of the range, larger swimbaits, heavier line, and bigger rigs where a spinning MH is preferred.

A closer look at notable models.
The only MH in the lineup. Pushes into heavier spinning territory, larger swimbaits, heavier Ned rigs on 15lb braid, or situations where an angler prefers spinning tackle to a casting rod for a 3/4oz bait. Unusual choice in an otherwise ML–M-dominant series.
Longest ML model. The extra length aids long-distance dropshot control, line management in current, and casting reach for spotted bass or smallmouth in open water. Well suited to finesse work from a boat in larger reservoirs.
