The 13 Fishing Wicked Pro Ice Rod is a premium ice fishing rod series made for walleye, panfish, perch, crappie, and related through-the-ice species. The Wicked Pro sits above the base Wicked tier and competes in the upper-mid price segment of the ice rod market, offering composite blanks with specialized tapers for different ice fishing techniques. The series is distributed under Rapala/13 Fishing and is available in retail sporting goods chains. Blanks are composite construction with technique-specific tapers built into each model.
A 3A cork handle is standard with a hi-vis tip for visual bite detection in low-light and twilight ice conditions. The custom Evolve reel seat appears across models alongside long-stem tangle-free stripper guides designed to prevent ice buildup around the line guide closest to the reel. Three grip formats are available within the series, full cork, split cork, and cork with the Evolve reel seat, enabling personal preference in hand position during prolonged stationary fishing. Fourteen models organize by length (28", 32", 36", 42") and power/taper designation.
The 28" and 32" lengths dominate with multiple power options each; 36" appears as a single MH model; 42" provides two M and MH entries for deeper-water presentations or when longer reach is needed above the hole. Specialty taper models, Noodle, QT (Quiver Tip), and L-Mod/MH-Mod, appear at 28" and 32" lengths alongside standard L, ML, M, and MH power ratings to address specific bite-detection styles.

Modified L-power taper, a nuanced variant of the standard L rating offering a stiffer lower-blank transition than a pure Noodle but more sensitivity than a conventional L-power blank.
28" Noodle taper, an extremely soft, progressive-action blank designed for light-biters and small-hook panfish where the ultra-soft tip telegraphs the lightest takes without resistance.
28" Quiver Tip model provides a spring-bobber-style action built into the blank tip, enabling visual bite detection on ultra-light presentations where fish barely move the lure.
Modified MH at 32" for walleye and larger panfish. The 'Mod' designation softens the tip relative to a standard MH blank, providing bite detection without the full stiffness of a conventional rating.
Single-model 36" entry, intermediate between the 32" and 42" options. MH power suits medium-weight walleye and larger fish where a 32" blank would limit leverage during the fight.
Longest model in the series at 42" MH. Extended length improves leverage and hookset arc for deeper ice serves and situations where the angler is seated or low to the ice surface.
