The 13 Fishing Muse Black II Spinning Finesse series is a dedicated finesse bass rod line based on 40-ton Japanese Toray graphite blanks. The series serves the angler throwing light spinning tackle for bass, drop shots, shaky heads, light Ned rigs, and small swimbaits, where blank sensitivity and tip action are the primary performance drivers. Fast action on all three models keeps the tip live for detecting soft bites while a stiff mid-section and butt provide enough backbone to land fish on light wire hooks.
Construction uses Toray PVG40T blanks with Zonal Action Technology (ZAT2), which refers to a proprietary taper system that varies wall thickness in sections to control action characteristics through different zones of the blank. Guides are Fuji K-Frame stainless with Alconite inserts, a weight-conscious, tangle-resistant choice for spinning finesse work. Reel seat is a Fuji TVS soft-touch, specifically chosen for finesse models. Split EVA grip. Seven-year warranty, which is above average for the price tier.
Three spinning models, all fast action. Two models are ML (medium-light) at 6'10" and 7'6", one is M at 6'9". The short-ML and M are close-range finesse tools; the 7'6" ML adds casting distance for open-water drop-shotting or casting to specific serves from the bank. Casting models in this sub-series is absent. Line ratings 4–12 lb; lure range 1/8–5/8 oz.

The distance rod of this finesse trio. Extra length helps cast light finesse rigs further and manage line angle on deep water drop shots. The 7'6" ML is the right pick for open-water vertical finesse or when casting distance is a factor from bank or boat.
