The 13 Fishing Muse Black (MB2S) is a bass-oriented spinning rod series based on finesse and medium-power applications. Drop shot, ned rig, shaky head, and wacky rig presentations for tournament and recreational bass anglers. The series sits in the mid-to-upper tier of 13 Fishing's lineup and is made for anglers who want a performance blank without paying flagship prices. All three rods use a 36-ton PVG carbon blank with 13 Fishing's Zonal Action Technology (ZAT2) taper, which tailors flex zones by intended technique.
The Evolve Airfoil Carbon reel seat transmits energy directly from blank to palm. Grips are Japanese high-density EVA in a split-grip configuration. The series includes the Evolve Snaggle Tooth hook keeper. Action across all three models is Fast. The lineup spans 7'1" to 7'6" in Medium and Medium-plus power: the 7'1" M (MB2S71M) covers standard finesse presentations; the 7'6" M (MB2S76M) adds casting distance and lever for the same power class; the 7'3" M+ MAG (MB2S73M-MAG) steps up to heavier line (8–15 lb) and larger lures (to 3/4 oz) for weightier finesse rigs and applications where the standard M-power rating would be underpowered.
