EC2.5 Bass

Technique-specific bass series made for freshwater anglers working finesse and light-to-medium power presentations. The lineup addresses drop shot, wacky/Neko, finesse jigs, and moderate swimbait work, outside the do-everything rod set lane, but one where each model is labeled for a defined task. Target species is largemouth and smallmouth bass; line ratings (not confirmed across full lineup from manufacturer page) suggest a 6–20 lb monofilament/fluorocarbon focus.

Blanks are 24-ton graphite with a non-reflective midnight black finish. Hardware includes premium Seaguide guides and full cork handles. Construction sits in the value-to-mid tier, outside the lightweight tour-level blank lane, but purpose-shaped actions give it credibility above generic graphite sticks at the price point. Eight models, all fast action, split 5 spinning / 3 casting.

Lengths range 6'8"–7'6". Power runs ML to H. Casting models cover M, MH, and H at 6'8"–7'6"; spinning side covers ML and M at 6'8"–7'. The one MH/M-action model (EC2B7MHMC1) is the outlier in a otherwise all-F-action set, suggesting a designated moderate-action crankbait or swimbait slot.
