The KastKing Spartacus II Twin-Tip Casting series is a value-oriented bass baitcasting lineup distinguished by its twin-tip design: each rod is a 2-piece model that ships with a spare tip section of identical specification, providing a backup in the field without purchasing a replacement rod. Anglers here are entry-level to intermediate bass fishers who want reliable construction without premium pricing, street prices are in the $55–$60 range.

Techniques range from topwater to bladed jigs to heavier power presentations. Blanks are 24-ton carbon fiber with an IM6 graphite construction. Guides are stainless steel tangl-free frames with zirconium oxide inserts and a PTS (Power Transition System) guide spacing design. Handles use a slip-resistant rubber cork composite with a custom foregrip that integrates a hook keeper. The reel seat is a KastKing-proprietary comfort-grip design.

The build quality is positioned for value-to-performance, not material innovation. All six rods are baitcasting and span 6'8" to 7'10". Power grades run M through H with fast and extra-fast actions.
