Spartacus Passage Travel Twin-Tip Spinning

The Spartacus Passage is KastKing's travel-oriented spinning series, designed for backpackers, fly-in anglers, international travelers, and anyone who needs a full-performance spinning rod that packs into luggage. The four-piece breakdown paired with a twin-tip design, two interchangeable tips included, addresses both portability and on-trip tip failure in remote locations. Target species are freshwater multi-species through light saltwater depending on model power.

Blanks use KastFlex IM7 30T graphite with a Power Transition System at each ferrule junction to maintain load transfer across the 4-piece sections. Guides are stainless steel with zirconium oxide rings. AAA cork foregrip with EVA fighting butt. Each rod ships in a hard PET rod tube, a practical detail for airline travel or backpack transport. Twin-tip design uses same action for both sections, so the spare is a functional backup, outside the different-action alternative lane.

Five models, all spinning, 6'0" to 8'6". The 6'0" and 6'6" M/MF models handle light freshwater duty; the 7'0" and 7'6" step up to MH territory for heavier bass or light inshore; the 8'6" H/F at 15–40 lb/1–3 oz works as a surf or larger inshore option unusual for a travel series. The range is deliberately broad to cover various trip scenarios from a single rod-family purchase.
