Zephyr Bait Finesse Twin-Tip Casting

The Zephyr BFS Twin-Tip is built for bait finesse system (BFS) casting, ultra-light lures down to 1/64 oz on low-profile baitcasters with shallow-spool or finesse-tuned braking. Target species include panfish, small bass, and trout in clear, pressured, or technical freshwater environments. The intended angler is someone specifically pursuing sub-1/8 oz presentations on casting gear, not simply a light-duty general rod.

Blanks are KastFlex IM6 graphite, mid-modulus material that keeps the rods light and responsive at finesse weights without the brittleness of higher-modulus construction. Each rod ships with a second identical spare tip section, reducing the cost of field breakage. Split EVA grips with a fighting butt keep weight down. Zirconia SiC guide rings handle light braid or mono without groove wear. The package is direct competition to Japanese BFS-specific rods at a fraction of the price.

Three models span 5'9" to 6'9", all fast action, ascending from UL (1/64–1/8 oz) through L (3/32–5/8 oz). The two shorter 2-piece models suit confined conditions; the 6'9" is 3-piece for travel. There are no spinning variants in this specific sub-series; all are baitcast. The lineup is narrow and technique-specific by design.
