X-11 Ultralight
Ultralight spinning for stream trout, crappie, and panfish with small spinners and light jigs
An all-spinning ultralight series made for trout anglers and panfish, stream trout with small spinners and spoons, float fishing with bait, and light jig work for crappie and perch. Entry-to-mid price point; designed for anglers who want a specialized ultralight rod with reliable American-brand backing instead of a generic big-box option. IM graphite construction with deep-pressed zirconia-insert guides for smooth line flow on light line.
Moderate-fast action across the lineup, a deliberate choice that provides more blank flex than a fast-action trout rod, aiding hookset absorption on soft-mouthed panfish and keeping small lures in play longer. Contoured cork handle. All four models are 2-piece spinning only. Retail price point around $99 makes this an accessible option. Four models from 5'6" to 7': LX562ULS (5'6" L/MF), LX602LS (6' L/MF), LX662LS (6'6" L/MF), LX702ULS (7' UL/MF).
The shortest model covers tight-quarters stream fishing; the 6' and 6'6" are general-purpose trout and panfish lengths; the 7' UL is the lightest rod in the series with a 2-8lb line range and no listed lure weight, suggesting it's tuned for ultralight jig and float work.
Shaded band: the spread of the lineup's 4 models, as percentile rank among same-type rods. Solid line = series median · dashed ring = catalog median.

Model notes
2 of 4 modelsShortest model. Built for tight wooded stream fishing where a longer blank would catch brush. Light power and 2-6lb line handles small stream trout with spinners and micro-jigs.
Lightest and longest. UL power with 2-8lb line handles very light presentations. No listed lure weight suggests finesse float fishing or ultralight jig applications. Length provides casting distance and line management on open water.
