Engan (沿岸, 'coastline') is Major Craft America's first US-developed program. The Katana sub-line is the inshore flagship: 7'0" M and 7'3" MH fast spinning rods on a Japanese nanocarbon blank with full Fuji components, rated 15-60 g and 15-40 lb at 133-139 g, aimed at stripers, redfish, snook and fluke. The Travel System is a modular interchangeable-length rod: one MH blank set that assembles as a 7'2" three-piece for bays and piers or a 9'6" four-piece for beach distance.
