The Grandship 1G Tachiuo Tenya Model (グランシップ1G タチウオテンヤモデル) is a boat rod specialized for offshore hairtail (tachiuo) tenya fishing from a vessel. It fits anglers who struggle to time the hookset on subtle hairtail bites, offering two distinct actions to match fishing style and fish activity level. Both models accept 30–60-go tenya weights. The blank uses intermediate-modulus carbon as the main cross construction, providing a stiff butt and belly section capable of hooksets with wrist-only movement, combined with a glass solid tip for bite detection.
Fuji K-frame guides run the blank; the tip section uses LDB guides to reduce line tangles. The grip suits a wide range of hand sizes with balance as the priority.
