TINY CAST ST

A sub-brand (Viceo) product from Japanese manufacturer Prox, a compact, full-carbon solid-blank spinning rod made for ultralight lure fishing. Target applications include managed trout pond fishing, light ajing and mebaring at ports, small-stream work, bank fishing, and hole fishing (穴釣り, probing crevices in rocky structure). The 13UL (4'3") is explicitly noted for hole fishing and ice fishing as well as casting games.

Marketed as accessible to adults and children alike, emphasizing fun over technical performance. Carbon full solid construction (not tubular) provides flex and sensitivity through the entire blank length, typical of Japanese light-lure rod philosophy. Guide hardware uses Fuji O-ring guides across both models; the ST designation denotes the standard cost-performance variant within the Tiny Cast lineup (versus Air or Air K variants which use higher-grade guides).

Maximum lure weight is 5g, maximum line 4lb, narrow use window designed for micro-lures. Both models are 2-piece spinning rods. The 13UL (4'3") is the shorter option for confined fishing positions and portability; the 15UL (4'11") gains modest length for slightly better cast reach in open-bank and port scenarios. Both are UL power throughout.
