BOAT GAMER BM
Boat-fishing spinning rods with regular action for inshore saltwater jigging and lure casting.
A boat-oriented spinning rod series designed for inshore and nearshore light saltwater game from a boat, made for seabass, bluefish, barracuda, and similar pelagic or reef species. The BM designation suggests a baitcast-or-boat market positioning within Tailwalk's BOAT GAMER family. Regular (R) action on both models is intentional: it provides loading and cushioning for hook retention when fighting from a stationary vessel.
The blank is light for its power class, intended to reduce fatigue through extended boat sessions. Construction details are not extensively documented for this specific BM sub-series (vs. The better-documented SSD variant), but Tailwalk's boat game lineup consistently uses moderate-taper blanks with good butt reserve for mid-water fights. Regular action suits casting jigs and soft-plastics in mid-range weights.
Two M-power spinning rods in the lineup: S67M (6'7") and S70M+ (7', M+ power). The shorter 6'7" is the close-range, lower-power boat casting option; the 7' M+ steps up in backbone for heavier presentations or larger fish. Spinning only. The R action is consistent across both.
Shaded band: the spread of the lineup's 2 models, as percentile rank among same-type rods. Solid line = series median · dashed ring = catalog median.

Model notes
1 of 2 modelsThe M+ designation slots above standard M power, adding backbone for heavier soft-plastic rigs and more assertive hooksets on bigger species. The extra 5" of length over the S67M extends casting range from the boat.
