L-JIGGYS BM

The L-JIGGYS BM is Tailwalk's master-build light jigging baitcasting series, sitting in the mid-weight range for vertical and semi-vertical presentations over structure. Target species include seabass, amberjack (small to mid-size), and other reef-associated species from boats. The BM designation indicates Japanese domestic master-build quality, distinguished from the standard SSD lineup by elevated componentry and build consistency. X-braid wrapping runs the full length of the blank to suppress torsional flex during aggressive jig manipulation and power transfer under load.

Fuji SiC-ring guides are fitted from tip to butt, SiC gives anglers substantially greater line durability and heat dissipation than hard ring or aluminium oxide, relevant when running thin PE braid under drag pressure. The tailwalk-proprietary Z-Shape reel seat is designed to accommodate a range of grip styles, one-finger trigger hold through full palm wrap, reducing hand fatigue during extended vertical jigging. Lure range reported for C631 is 40–120 g.

Two models: C631 and C632, both baitcasting at 6'3" with R (Regular) action. The pair share the same length and action template; the differentiation between models is in jig weight ceiling, with C632 rated for a slightly heavier range. Spinning models in this cut of the series is absent.
