SUPER AJIST TZ

The Tailwalk SUPER AJIST TZ is a premium-tier ajing (Japanese horse mackerel, aji, lure fishing) rod series built for shore-based light-game fishing from harbor walls, piers, and rocky shorelines in Japan. It derives from the long-running AJIST TZ lineage and is sold as a specialized short-model evolution for micro jig head and tight-area work. Not for open surf, casting distance work, or species heavier than small rockfish. Titanium material in grips and tip sections distinguishes it from standard AJIST models.

All five models are two-piece spinning rods capped at 3–5 g lure weight and PE 0.2–0.4 line, confirming an exclusively ultralight, finesse application. The 47/TISL and 52/SSL anchor the compact end for harbor and dock work; 53/TISL adds a titanium tip at 5'3"; 60/STT is the tubular almighty model for mixed retrieve/jig-head use; 61/TISL is the longest, suited for open-shore casting distance on a Ti tip.
