BOLT

The Bull Bay BOLT is an inshore spinning series based on light artificial-lure work on flats and nearshore structure, redfish, speckled trout, snook, and smaller pelagics like false albacore. It sits above Bull Bay's entry-level Assault in construction quality and is made for anglers who fish artificial presentations for extended periods and value low weight and direct-contact sensitivity. Blanks are 36-ton modulus graphite and carbon fiber, finished in a custom flex-painted seafoam green.

The signature feature is a fully integrated reel seat and grip: once the reel is locked in, the entire handle section becomes one solid unit with no exposed reel-seat threads against the palm. Marine-grade SS316 tangle-free guides are gun-smoke plated and sized for braid-forward setups. All eight models are spinning-only with fast action. The series organizes entirely by line-weight class across two lengths (7' and 7'6").

Four line-weight tiers, 5–10 lb (ML), 6–12 lb (M), 8–17 lb (MH), 10–20 lb (MH), are each available in both lengths. Casting rods, no heavy models, no models above MH is absent. The 7'6" versions add modest casting distance for open-flat work; the 7' models are lighter and easier to work under docks or in tight quarters.
