Inshore saltwater spinning and casting series built for East Coast back-bay conditions, striped bass, redfish, flounder, and bluefish in estuaries, tidal rivers, and nearshore structure. The heavier power ratings in the lineup push it toward live-bait presentations and weighted bucktails/plugs instead of finesse applications. Announced at ICAST 2024, retail around $249.99.
Blanks use Daiwa's SVF Super High-Modulus Low Resin carbon with Braiding X reinforcement for lateral stiffness under load. Guides are FUJI K-frame tangle-free train suited for braid-to-fluorocarbon setups. Reel seat is Daiwa Air Sensor on spinning models. Split-grip premium cork handles throughout. One conventional (R-action) model, the BLB761HRB, rounds out a predominantly spinning lineup.
Six models total: four spinning at 7'6" (M, MH, H powers), one spinning at 7'10" (H), one at 7'0" (ML), and a single conventional 7'6" H. Line ratings span 15–60 lb; lure ratings go up to 6 oz on the heavier sticks. The 7'6" frame dominates. No ultralight or finesse variants, lineup coheres around medium-to-heavy inshore work.

A closer look at notable models.
Shortest, lightest rod in the series at ML/Fast. Suited to lighter lures and smaller inshore species, spotted seatrout, smaller flounder. The 15-30 lb line rating is high for an ML blank and suggests braided main line is assumed.
Only conventional (baitcaster) model in the series. Regular action at H power positions it for fluke/flounder chunking, heavy bucktail work, or structure fishing where a stiffer tip is acceptable. Pairs with a conventional reel instead of spinning.
Longest rod in the series, extra reach for jetty, surf-edge, or bridge work. Heavy power and fast action with a 6 oz top-end gives it flexibility for heavy plugs or large live bait rigs.
