An entry-to-mid tier inshore spinning and casting series from Daiwa made for Southern coastal species, redfish, speckled trout, flounder, snook, primarily in shallow water environments. The series suits anglers who fish Gulf or Southeast Atlantic flats, bays, and marshes with light jigs, soft plastics, and twitch baits. Built on Daiwa's HVF (High Volume Fiber) graphite using X45 bias wrap construction, which reduces blank twist under load and keeps the cross-section round.
Fuji Tangle Free K-guides with Fazlite rings on the casting models. The blank carries ruler markings for legal fish-length measurement, a practical inshore touch. Regular action throughout most of the lineup makes it forgiving for longer fights with lighter tippets; one spinning model (ISL76MHFS) gets a fast action. Seven rods: 7' and 7'6" lengths, ML through MH power, split across four casting and three spinning models.
