Outrage BR LC

Light casting in the Outrage BR standard tier. The three model codes match the higher Outrage LC line exactly, and so do the ratings, which makes this the clearest tier comparison in the family: same lengths, same MAX 50 to 55 g plug windows, same PE 2 to 2.5 maximum, with HVF carbon and X45 in place of HVF Nanoplus and finished weights of 180 to 185 g against 175 to 180 g. Ratings are plug grams and PE class rather than a power letter. LC73-2 at 7'3" (2.21 m) is the do-everything rod, covering fast minnow and sinking-pencil retrieves through blade jigging. LC76-2 at 7'6" (2.29 m) is the plugging specialist, with a shorter rear grip for jerking 140 mm minnows. LC70-2.5 at 7'0" (2.13 m) takes PE 2.5 and a longer rear grip for locking the rod under the arm on high-speed metal retrieves. Targets are Spanish mackerel, mahi and small to mid-size yellowtail from a low-freeboard boat, including underhand casting on crowded charter decks. All three are spinning, two-piece, and use the lightweight Air Sensor seat also fitted to Saltiga R.
