Offshore casting and popping rods, the plug-throwing half of the high-standard Outrage tier that sits directly below Saltiga. All six are spinning, built as two-piece rods joined above the grip with a V-Joint section, in HVF Nanoplus supported by X45, on a Fuji DPS seat. Ratings follow the Japanese offshore convention rather than the UL-to-XH scale: the digit after the dash is the maximum PE braid class, and the lure rating is a plug weight in grams. The spread is wide. C76-2 at 7'6" (2.29 m) casts to 50 g on PE 2 for Spanish mackerel, mahi and skipjack, C79-3 at 7'9" adds range for larger fish, and C82-4, C82-5, C82-6 and C82-8 all sit at 8'2" (2.49 m) while stepping from 80 g and PE 4 to 160 g and PE 8. Rod weight climbs from 215 g to 380 g across that span, which is the clearest measure of how much blank is added. Daiwa describes the heaviest as a 200 mm plug rod for 20 kg amberjack, giant trevally and tuna, and notes the taper is set to spread fight load rather than to maximize stiffness.
