3-piece travel jigging rod for offshore pelagics and reef species
specialized for anglers who need full-power offshore jigging performance in a pack-down format. Serves pelagics, amberjack, tuna, and large reef species at depth using metal jigs. The 3-piece travel configuration is made for traveling bluewater anglers, liveaboard divers, and charter clients who can't check a full-length rod case. Built on Daiwa's HVF Nanoplus graphite blank with X45 Bias Construction to counter blank twist under heavy jigging loads.
Fuji Tangle-Free K Guides with FazLite rings keep hardware light and snag-resistant. The V-Joint connecting system is designed to eliminate flat spots through the bend that conventional ferrule joints create in high-load jigging blanks. Ships with a compact semi-hard travel case. All four models share a 6'6" length in 3 pieces, split evenly between casting (baitcasting/conventional) and spinning.
Two power ratings per style: M and MH. The RF (Regular Fast) action is consistent across the lineup, which centers the series on mechanical jigging and flutter-jig work instead of slow-pitch or popping applications. The MH models handle heavier jig loads and stronger leaders.
