The Daiwa Tatula XT is a mid-market bass rod series positioned at approximately $99-$100 MSRP, built on HVF (High Volume Fiber) graphite with X45 Bias and Braiding-X construction. It serves the recreational to semi-tournament bass angler who wants a capable, technique-covering bass rod without entering the $150+ tier. But performs adequately across most bass fishing scenarios. The HVF blank packs more carbon per cross-section than standard graphite, reducing weight while maintaining power.
