Reflexions B Series

The Okuma Reflexions "b" Series is a mid-range freshwater bass and general lure rod based on 24-ton carbon blanks with Okuma's UFR (Ultimate Flex Reinforcement) technology, a unidirectional fiber layer added at the tip section to increase lifting strength without sacrificing tip sensitivity. The series serves serious recreational bass anglers who want a lighter, more responsive rod than typical entry-level offerings at a moderate price.

All models run at least M power, with most clustering at M, MH, and ML. Component package includes SeaGuide stainless steel deep-pressed guide frames with zirconium inserts, split rear cork grips, and precision hook keepers. Zirconium inserts are braid-compatible. The construction is genuine performance-oriented, not budget assembly. The series is spinning-heavy (15 of 18 models), reflecting a bias toward drop-shot, jig, and swimbait presentations on spinning gear.

Lengths run 5'6" to 7'6", with the main concentration at 6'8"–7'3". Powers span ML to MH. One-piece and two-piece variants appear on several models (e. g. RX-S-721MHb vs. RX-S-722MHb). Only two casting rods are in the lineup (RX-C-722MHb, Rx-C-691MHb, Rx-C-731MHb, three total). The 5'6" MH spinning (RX-S-562MHb) is the shortest and heaviest model, suggesting dock work or pitching in tight cover.
