Silhouette Series

The Duckett Silhouette is Duckett's entry into the lightweight-sensitivity mid-tier segment, positioned below the MaxCore but above the brand's basic offerings. It fits bass anglers who want a sensitivity-focused rod with modern construction without paying tournament-rod prices. Sensi-Touch blanks, a Duckett proprietary designation for their semi-exposed blank-to-hand reel seat design, are the key feature: the blank runs through the reel seat directly into contact with the angler's palm, eliminating the insulating layer of a full-grip handle.

This is a proven technique for improving vibration transmission at the cost of durability in rough conditions. Components are Duckett's 316 stainless micro guides with industrial-grade hard chrome inserts, an AI-optimized guide spacing, carbon-fiber reel seat, and ergonomic EVA grips. The one-year warranty is notably shorter than the MaxCore's five-year coverage, consistent with a lower market tier. The series spans casting and spinning in balanced proportions and covers M, MH, and H powers without venturing into XF actions.

Seven models run 6'9" to 7'3". The lineup is weighted toward casting: five casting models (6'9" M/MF, 7' M/MF, 7' MH/F, 7'2" H/MF, 7'3" MH/F) and two spinning (7' M/F and 7' MH/F). The spinning and casting 7' MH models form a complementary pair. The 7'2" H casting model is the power anchor. No length exceeds 7'3", this is a boat and bank fishing series, outside the surf or long-range tool lane.
