IMX Pro Bass Cr
Short, light-line crankbait/jerkbait casting rod tuned for finesse reaction fishing.
A technique-specific conventional casting rod built for finesse crankbait and light reaction presentations, Red Fins, Long A's, shallow-running jerkbaits, small spinnerbaits. Fits clear-water, open-structure scenarios where light line (8-14lb) and precise bait action matter. IMX-PRO blank construction uses high-modulus material mandrel-tuned for each technique, yielding a blank up to 15-18% lighter than comparable E6X builds without sacrificing strength.
Moderate action allows the blank to load smoothly on the cast and compress during a fish's run, reducing hook pulls. Premium Fuji K-Frame guides throughout; cork split grips. Two-rod lineup at 6' in M and MH power, both fast action, the M (8-14lb, 1/4-5/8oz) handles lighter presentations while the MH (10-17lb, 1/4-3/4oz) steps up for slightly bigger baits and heavier line.
The short 6' length is intentional: promotes accuracy and touch on light-reaction casts.
Shaded band: the spread of the lineup's 2 models, as percentile rank among same-type rods. Solid line = series median · dashed ring = catalog median.

Model notes
1 of 2 modelsThe lighter of the two, 8-14lb line class, lures to 5/8oz. Optimized for clear-water finesse crankbaits and small jerkbaits. M power combined with fast action still provides crisp hooksets while preserving natural bait movement.
