Spinning

A dedicated finesse spinning series designed specifically for the Ned rig and related bottom contact presentations, mushroom jig heads, small Z-Man plastics, hair jigs. Serves smallmouth and largemouth in open water, rocky bottoms, and offshore structure. IMX-PRO blank built on a technique-specific mandrel with high-modulus, high-performance material, up to 15% lighter than E6X equivalents.

The compliant tip allows natural bait movement on the bottom and preserves tension without telegraphing unnatural resistance to the fish; the midsection transitions smoothly to drive small light-wire hooks home on light line. Fuji K-Frame guides manage braid-to-fluoro leader cleanly. Cork grip. Two XF-action spinning rods: 6'11" ML (6-10lb, 1/16-5/16oz) for the lightest Ned presentations and open-water finesse, and 7'4" M (8-10lb, 1/8-3/8oz) for slightly heavier heads and hover-strolling applications.

Both are spinning only. The longer 7'4" adds casting distance for offshore points.

IMX-PRO 831S NRR Spinning · 6'11" · ML · XF action

Lighter of the pair, lures down to 1/16oz and 6lb line make this the pick for the smallest Ned heads in clear, high-pressure water. ML power keeps the tip compliant enough to animate small plastics without overcranking the bait.

IMX-PRO 882S NRR Spinning · 7'4" · M · XF action

The longer 7'4" M adds casting range for offshore structure and handles heavier Ned heads up to 3/8oz. Doubles as a hover-strolling rod where sustained mid-water contact is needed.
